Booking Terms & Conditions
PRICES & PAYMENTS
Weekdays – 9am to 5pm
Full day $395 (8 hours) | Or $95/hour (minimum 2 hours)
Weekends – 9am to 5pm
Full day $495 (8 hours) | Or $120/hour (minimum 2 hours)
- Full payment required at confirmation of booking.
- Payments will be refunded if cancellation made 48 hours prior to the hire day (less 5% handling fee).
- All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are for the studio only – no equipment is included in the standard rate
- No refund if less than 48 hours notice.
USE OF PREMISES
All care should be taken with the studio and rented equipment owned by the The Good Space Studio including, but not limited to, props library items, all lighting, equipment and fixtures.
LEGAL LIABILITIES
The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages arising from the Hirer’s use of The Good Space Studio’s premises, including but not limited to, personal injury & equipment damage.
The Good Space Studio does not accept any liability for any personal equipment or belongings of any kind held at the premises belonging to the Hirer or for any loss or damage to the personal effects or equipment of the Hirer and/or the Hirer’s associates.
The Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage caused to The Good Space studio, equipment and fixtures & fittings. Any damaged items will be charged at the full replacement cost.
